We completely renovated all the hallways and common areas , including the laundry room. We installed additional storage in the laundry room for each tenant, added six enclosed individual parking garages and renovated 19 of the units. We also updated windows, the front and back entrances, upgraded the balcony railings to glass railings and installs more security cameras. The furnace and hot furnace and hot water systems were also upgraded during the renovation.
