21 units were completely renovated including updating balcony doors some windows. Ductless splits were out at two every units and due to the electrical needs, the building was updated to 600-amp service. All the common areas were painted, new floor laid, the elevators were updated, and the underground parking garage was painted with more lighting installed to increase security.
